David L. Robbins, Esq.

CEO/Managing Partner

Dave Robbins is our President and CEO, deeply rooted in East Tennessee, though originally from Pennsylvania. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law, graduating in 2009 after earning his degree from Penn State University in 2006. Focusing on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, and Real Estate Transactions, Dave is committed to excellence and dedicated to achieving our clients’ goals.

Active in the community, Dave serves on the boards of the Drop Collaborative and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys’ Tennessee Chapter, among others. He enjoys outdoor adventures with his family and dog, cooking up new recipes, playing guitar, and participating in church activities.

Barbara Stillwell

Attorney

Barbara is an attorney licensed in Tennessee since 2021 and joined our firm in January 2022. Since then, she has cultivated expertise in estate planning and probate law, while also handling general business and real estate transactional matters. Originally from Southwest Virginia, Barbara graduated at the top of her class from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia, where she developed a passion for helping Appalachians navigate difficult legal matters.

Barbara takes a practical and empathetic approach to estate planning, helping clients achieve their goals with cost-effective solutions. She also guides families through the often difficult process of probate with care and understanding. Her clients appreciate her down-to-earth demeanor and relatable approach.

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys cooking, traveling to new places with her family, and attending concerts featuring 80s and 90s country artists. Her favorite places to visit are New York and Washington, D.C. Barbara lives in Bristol, TN, with her husband and is a new mom.

Amber Lindholm

Chief Operations Officer

Amber Lindholm is our Chief Operating Officer. Amber lives in Kingsport with her husband, 3 kids, and 4 fur babies. She has an Associate’s Degree in Legal Office Administration and has over 10 years of experience in the legal profession. Amber loves spending time with her family, traveling, and riding motorcycles, but her favorite hobby is taking care of her many indoor and outdoor plants. She has a friendly and approachable personality that makes her a valuable member of our team.

Angie Williams

Intake and Client Communications Specialist

Angie lives in Erwin. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University, and has 4 plus years of experience in the legal profession. Angie’s favorite thing to do is enjoy and spend time with her family. She has 2 children and 3 grandchildren that she is MiMi to. She also loves University of Tennessee Football.

Angie Hilbert

Senior Title & Escrow Officer

Angela Hilbert is from Johnson City, TN. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Assistance from Milligan College in 1998 and has worked in Johnson City, in the legal field, for over 30 years. Angela started her paralegal career working with Carl McInturff before moving to Brandt & Robbins, P.C. She is now the Senior Title & Escrow Officer who oversees the real estate matters including reviewing title reports, preparing closing documents, and meeting with clients to close the real estate transactions. Angela is the proud mom of the office dog, Henny, and enjoys taking walks with him, watching documentaries, cooking, and spending time with family.

BreAnna Terry is one of our Legal Assistants. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from ETSU in Business Management, minoring in Human Development and Learning, and has over 10 years of experience in the legal profession. BreAnna loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading and performing with For His Glory Productions.

Harold Hayes

Legal Assistant

Harold resides in Johnson City with his wife and two adult children, he also grew up in Jonesborough. He has a Bachelor’s ‘degree in Finance, Marketing, and Management from East Tennessee State University. Harold has worked locally in customer service specializing in lending, banking, and agriculture for just under 40 years. Harold enjoys spending time with family, friends, church, and farming. Harold brings a large volume of past and current relationships that look for advice, with him to the firm.

Katie Phillips

Attorney

Katie is a native of Southwest Virginia and currently resides in Abingdon, VA. Before law school, Katie worked as a real estate paralegal, which is where her love for the law began. Since graduating law school, Katie’s practice has focused on corporate law and creating iron clad contracts, and she’s happy to use her skills to assist folks in Eastern Tennessee. In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling with her husband, Zac, and playing with her foster fails, Kenzo and Kingsley.
