David L. Robbins, Esq.
CEO/President
David (Dave) Robbins is our President and CEO, deeply rooted in East Tennessee, though originally from Pennsylvania. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law, graduating in 2009 after earning his degree from Penn State University in 2006. Focusing on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, and Real Estate Transactions, Dave is committed to excellence and dedicated to achieving our clients’ goals.
Active in the community, Dave is a member of C12, a peer advisory group for Christian CEOs, guides a Journey Group through Influencers International Ministries and engages local men through Souly Business. Additionally, Dave serves on the boards for Camp Bays Mountain, the Drop Collaborative, and in many different roles at his church. He enjoys outdoor adventures with his family and dog, cooking up new recipes, and playing guitar.
Barbara Stilwell
Managing Partner
Barbara is an attorney licensed in Tennessee since 2021 and joined our firm in January 2022. Since then, she has cultivated expertise in estate planning and probate law, while also handling general business and real estate transactional matters. Originally from Southwest Virginia, Barbara graduated at the top of her class from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia, where she developed a passion for helping Appalachians navigate difficult legal matters.
Barbara takes a practical and empathetic approach to estate planning, helping clients achieve their goals with cost-effective solutions. She also guides families through the often difficult process of probate with care and understanding. Her clients appreciate her down-to-earth demeanor and relatable approach.
Outside of work, Barbara enjoys cooking, traveling to new places with her family, and attending concerts featuring 80s and 90s country artists. Her favorite places to visit are New York and Washington, D.C. Barbara lives in Bristol, TN, with her husband and is a new mom.
Angie Williams
Client Care Specialist
Angie lives in Erwin. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University, and has 4 plus years of experience in the legal profession. Angie’s favorite thing to do is enjoy and spend time with her family. She has 2 children and 3 grandchildren that she is MiMi to. She also loves University of Tennessee Football.
Angie Hilbert
Sr. Escrow and Title Officer
Angie Hilbert is from Johnson City, TN. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Assistance from Milligan College in 1998 and has worked in Johnson City, in the legal field, for over 30 years. Angie started her paralegal career working with Carl McInturff before moving to Brandt & Robbins, P.C. She is now the Sr. Escrow and Title Officer who oversees the real estate matters including reviewing title reports, preparing closing documents, and meeting with clients to close the real estate transactions. Angie is the proud mom of the office dog, Henny, and enjoys taking walks with him, watching documentaries, cooking, and spending time with family.

BreAnna Terry is one of our Legal Assistants. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from ETSU in Business Management, minoring in Human Development and Learning, and has over 10 years of experience in the legal profession. BreAnna loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading and performing with For His Glory Productions.
Harold Hayes
Community Development Manager
Harold resides in Johnson City with his wife and two adult children. He grew up in Jonesborough and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, and Management from East Tennessee State University. Harold has worked locally in customer service specializing in lending, banking, and agriculture for around 40 years. Harold enjoys spending time with family, friends, church, and farming.
